Sunglasses with lenses that change color with UV intensity and cut reflected light, perfect for active scenes

The straight temples feature a lightweight, flexible biomass plastic frame laminated with rubber. They hug the entire head for a secure fit that can withstand intense movement, adapting to your face without slipping or discomfort.

What are polarized photochromic lenses?

Hybrid lenses with combined functions

・Polarized function: Cuts glare from reflections (e.g., road and water surfaces) to ensure clear vision. Can be used for a wide range of purposes, including daily use to protect eyes from harmful light like UV rays (marine sports, winter sports, fishing, running, driving, etc.).

・Photochromic function: Lens color changes in response to UV rays from sunlight. The lenses are light gray at night or indoors (maximum transmittance 45%) and change to dark gray (minimum transmittance 10%) outdoors during the day to effectively cut glare.

Environmentally Friendly Materials Used from Frame to Accessories

The frame is made from plant-derived biomass plastic (using over 80% linter from cotton harvesting).
Weighing only 34 grams including the lenses, they are incredibly lightweight.

Designed to fit Japanese facial structures, the nose pads and temples prevent slipping, offering a remarkably light and comfortable fit that you'll barely notice you're wearing them.



The hinges use metal.
Made from a sweat and seawater-resistant material (cupronickel), there's no need to worry about rust or degradation from sweat and seawater, similar to conventional integrated hinges, improving durability.
For recycling considerations, they are designed to be detachable from the main body with a single screw.
